I hope you're all enjoying your personal reading book. This week, I'd like you to discuss a topic that may be a little more challenging than previous questions.
Here goes:
Is there a character in your story that you can relate to personally? If so, in what ways do you relate to this person? If not, do any of the characters in the story remind you of people in your own life? How is this character similar to someone you know?

ReplyDeleteThe characters of my book are kind of weird and eccentric. For example, one of the characters is a beautiful girl with green hair that looks like a mermaid. Another character is a really weird girl that is a clairvoyant. So, it is really hard for me to feel related to any of the characters of the book; Moreover, neither one reminds me of somebody that I know. However, I do have one character that reminds me of a good friend, but from my other reading “a river runs through it”. I have a friend from Montana that reminds me of Paul. My friend is a fly-fishing man, like Paul. My friend has a brother and both are crazy for fishing and outdoor activities. My friend is so crazy that he will only eats something that he fish or hunts. In addition, he is in the late 40’s and he doesn’t need or want a wife (like Paul) and he drink a lot like Paul. This two brother (my friends) are so cool, they are great fisher-men. They know a lot about nature and they have the greatest stories of their adventures. (One of them used to live in a boat in The Bahamas for 6 months………just fishing!!)

ReplyDeleteIn my book, all of main characters are so intelligence, for example professer in Harverd university, high rank in FBI, sciectist andso on. They are not normal, so it`s difficult to connect with me. However I thought Robert, who is a mine character and a professer, might be similar to me. He is a kind of lazy, week-kneed, and not good at treat selfish woman. I hope I`ll be strong during college life.

ReplyDeleteIn my book, Main charactor is emma.She is like a busybody because she is always thinking about someone's match-making. However, this book says she is also clever, rich and beautiful person. I've never met like this perfect woman in my life! If there is a person who like emma, I want to meet and ask how could you become so perfect.

The main character of my book is Tom. He is midchief. He always be up to mischeif, he is also curious. I think his charavter is very common for boys.
I think I do not relate his character, because I'm girl!

ReplyDeleteActually...I can't understand my main character's personality which fall in love with the guy who has a girlfriend..haha because he has a girlfriend, and also the main character has a good boyfriend! how can she fall in love with another guy who has a lover?? If she were me, I think I will not hall in love with a guy during I am dating with my boyfriend..haha If there are anyone who can relate with her mind, I wanna ask!haha
